This is the journal I bought for my parts to communicate with one another.

I had asked if anyone wanted to help write my memoirs, and these are two of the responses I received. (Jenny is my 7 year old alter. Vava is 13, and her name is pronounced VAY'va.)

Vava's note to God.

When I moved several years ago, none of my parts liked the new bedroom and were pretty much traumatized. I jotted down some of the changes they felt would make it easier for them to adjust to their new environment.

Notes from my short stint in therapy.

I jotted down a quote I could relate to from a current book I was reading, which included a character suffering from PTSD.

Someone gave me this many years ago and I taped it into the journal. I thought it was appropriate since my parts and I had spent so much time during my childhood hiding out from the step dad in my backyard fort.

This prayer of Jenny's was written in pencil, so it's hard to read. The sentence in the middle of the page reads, "I would throw my arms around you if heaven was closer to the ground."
